| Well Yesterday was Regions and i did ok not as well as i wanted to do place wise but i still have states for that ya i got a 2:09 and 2nd place but some joker named Marques Jones passed me literally in hte last 100m im outtie | | |

| Well the Augusta track meet was fun and went well and so did i did ok so ya im outtie | | |
| Well The Track Meet was yesterday and it was pretty good i have to say the drive down there and back were both indiviually about 4 hours each but it was pretty fun well more about the race i did okay actually i got 2nd in 800m with a 2:15 and shaved off even more time so im pretty happy with that next weekend is Augusta and im pretty pchyed about that other than that this week has been a little shocking with everything happening but everything happens for a reason but still thats pretty just well yeah well umm... ya i guess im outtie

| Well this was my birthday and now im 15 ya pretty crazy i also got my permit so thats pretty amzng other than that every is fantabulous like track pretty good i ran a 5:17 mile and a 2:20 800m and my realy finished like 5th out of 7th i guess that these times are ok but this wensday im shooting for way faster ya other that that im sying other than that alot but other that that there is nothing to say other than ok i just wanted to say other than agin so im outtie | | |
